Yes. All plans start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. We also offer a guided demo call before you commit, where we configure Cadence to your practice before you see a single invoice.
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be upgraded to the next tier at a prorated rate.
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. You're billed once per year. All features are identical between monthly and annual. Annual plans can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund; after that, the remaining term is non-refundable.
No setup fees on Starter or Growth. Practice plan includes a paid custom onboarding session, which is included in the plan price. SMS usage costs (via Twilio) are passed through at cost for high-volume practices on the Practice plan.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your data remains accessible and exportable for 90 days after cancellation. We don't delete anything immediately, and we'll always give you enough time to export your patient records and session history.
